View current changes in terms and conditions of use If you subscribe to the service for which a user fee is charged at the end of the billing period (“Postpay Service”) or if you have an installment payment contract, we may at any time review your credit history in relation to the service subscription or installment payment contract for the devices. If you want the name and address of a credit agency that gives us a credit report on you, just ask. Do not include the ability to make a voice call and you will need a one-year contract. Specific conditions for international data plans can be find in section 6.10.2 of the wireless customer agreement. If you or we do not enforce the rights conferred on us by this agreement in one case, that does not mean that you or we will not be able to enforce it in any other case. You cannot cede this agreement or your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. However, we can give up this agreement or any debts you owe us without informing us. If you are a Postpay customer, please note that many of the messages we send you will be displayed as messages on your monthly bill. If you have online billing, these messages are considered received by you if your online bill is available for consultation.
If you receive a paper invoice, you will receive these notifications three days after our email. If we send you more messages, they will be immediately considered received if we send them to your wireless device or to an email or fax number you gave us, or after three days if we send them to your billing address. If you need to send us messages, please send them to customer service on your last invoice. A-List is only available with selected national plans, FamilyTalk and Unity. Nation Plan and individual subscribers can place/receive calls of up to 5 (and FamilyTalk subscribers can place/receive wireless phone or wire calls up to 10) at no cost during the minutes of delivery. All lines that qualify for a FamilyTalk account have the same 10 list numbers. Only standard indoor or wireless cable numbers can be added, and the A-list is reserved for national calls. Directory support, 900 numbers, chat lines, call number payment, wireless or voicemail customer numbers, call messaging service numbers and call services from multiple phones and machine numbers are not eligible. Depending on the PBX system, a private telephone system that frequently serves businesses, AT-T cannot determine whether your selected PBX-A list number calls/receives calls from your wifi number and ishaken with a broadcast fee.
Calls are charged on the basis of the original number and not the call transmission number, and a broadcast fee may be charged. Only voice calls are allowed. The selection of A-list numbers can only be managed online. Selected phone numbers are not activated until 24 hours after being added. ATT reserves the right to block any A-List number and reduce the number of phone numbers that can be used for A-List without notice. A-List is not allowed for savings/advertising plans. By using the Service, you accept any provision of this Agreement, whether you have read it or not. This contract also applies to all lines in your account and to all those who use your service. ATT combined local and wireless bill required.
